Overview
The Hub Management module, recently introduced on the AnyClip platform, empowers Account Administrators with advanced tools to streamline the organization and access control of content entities within user accounts. Hubs, as defined in this module, act as pivotal entities that segregate access to videos, watches, live events, and more.
The Hub Management module is available for Account Administrators from the Settings-Hubs menu
Key Features
User Access Control
Users assigned to a particular hub via the User Management module gain specialized access to content within that hub. This includes videos, the ability to upload new content, and sharing uploaded videos with fellow hub users. See Managing video access control for details.
Administrative Control
Accessible exclusively to Account Administrators, the Hub Management module provides a centralized interface for creating new hubs and fine-tuning existing ones.
Hub Attributes
Name: Users have the flexibility to assign unique names to hubs, facilitating easy identification and organization.
Domains: The module allows the specification of domains where hub players operate.
Publish Flag: A crucial attribute, the "Publish" flag, enables administrators to define whether videos from a particular hub can be shared on external platforms such as Facebook or YouTube (see Publish to Facebook and Publish to YouTube).
