Here you can generate Slides with AI and curate them manually.
There are the following control elements atop of the list of all slides found in the video:
Draft status: indicates that there are some unpublished changes.
Published status: indicates that there is some published version of Slides.
“Allow download” checkbox: check to allow end users to download PDF files with this set of slides from the Watch. Only available if Slides are published.
[Publish] button: click to publish the current state of Slides in the Workbench for the end users. The end users will see this newly published version the next time they load this video.
[Unpublish] button: makes Slides unavailable for end users. The change will be reflected the next time they open the video.
Current number of slides. This includes both slides that were added manually and slides that were identified by AI.
Export to PDF button: click to generate a PDF file containing all the slides from the published version. This PDF will open in a new browser tab, allowing you to download it using your browser's download functionality or your operating system's standard methods.
[+ Slide] button: add slides manually. To add a slide, upload an image, provide the start timestamp for this slide (i.e. when it first appears in the video), and a name. Slide names will be displayed for the end users.
Adding a new slide automatically inserts it in the correct chronological order within the list. Slides appearing earlier in the video timeline will always be positioned above those with later timestamps. This ensures your slide list reflects the actual sequence in your video, making it easier to navigate and edit.
Click on the slide timestamp to jump to that position in the player.
Hover on any slide to edit it further or delete.
Note that generating Slides by AI will replace the current draft, possibly reverting some of the changes you have made but not yet published.
