"Sure, here is the AI Workbench with all your AI tools on it" — Gemini AI
Using the AI Workbench
1. Access
The AI Workbench is available for videos in Studio under this button.
You can access the Workbench for all videos where you are allowed to edit: your uploads, videos shared with you, or videos shared with your Hub.
2. Components
The AI Workbench space has three main areas:
Collapsible menu listing all the available AI features;
AnyClip video player with the video that the Workbench was opened for;
Workspace for content or assets editing.
2.1 The Menu
The AI Workbench is launching with three AI features: Slides, Highlights, and Chapters. We will gradually move all other AI-related features and content into that menu.
Click on an item to open the workspace for this particular feature.
When you open the workspace, you'll see the most up-to-date version of your content:
If you haven't published your changes, you'll see the latest draft.
If you've published your work and haven't made any new edits, you'll see the latest published version.
Draft/Published status is also indicated in the menu:
This icon clearly indicates whether a piece of content has a published version available to end users. This lets you know if your work is live.
This icon indicates that there's a draft version that is different from the published version.
2.2 The Player
Because sometimes you have to check what is actually happening in a video.
2.3 The Workspace
While each AI feature would have their own special controls in the workspace, some elements are consistent across all features.
The [...by AI] button that will generate this kind of content (Chapters, Slides, Highlights) with AI;
Publish/Draft indication that tells you whether there is a version of this content available to end users; and whether there are any changes that haven’t been published yet.
[Publish] button that will publish the content in current state;
