AnyClip Platform allows users to upload a new version of video files. It replaces the existing video files for the playback inside AnyClip Player. Still, it preserves all video metadata, such as video title, description, custom and system tags, targeting data, closed captions, slides, and highlights.
1. To upload a new version of a video, select Upload New Video Version from the video menu.
That displays the Upload Video Version dialog.
2. The dialog above contains the following fields:
Video File - can be loaded from the local computer or from a URL;
Creation Date - the date when the new version of the video is created.
Notification options ("Notify me...") suppose sending notification emails to the user who uploads a new video version and to the users, who have access to the video.
Note
Uploading new video versions requires appropriate settings of the company account.
