From the Interactions tab, select X-Ray Line Items to see the existing line items that were already set up.
To create a new line items, click the + sign. This opens the New X-Ray Line Item window.
In the Line Item Details tab, from the Campaign dropdown list, select the name of the campaign to which you are adding this line item (required).
Enter a name for the new line item (required).
From the Status dropdown list, select the current status: Active, Paused or Archived.
From the Priority dropdown list, select the line items's priority (from 1-10); the default setting is 5.
In the Creatives pane. select at least one creative from the dropdown list to add to the line item (you can select up to three creatives).
Click the Line Item Delivery tab.
In the Timing field, enter a Start and End date and time for the line item to be used in the campaign. Clicking Start and End opens a calendar view that lets you specify the date and time.
In the Timezone field, select the relevant timezone from the dropdown list.
In the Rate field, specify the rate to apply (required).
In the Total Budget pane, specify the number of impressions and the amount to spend per impression.
Click the Line Item Targeting tab. This tab is where you'll specify the placement details and the video details.
Placement Details: In this section, you'll specify information about the placement of the line items in the watch and player.
From the Watch dropdown, select the name of the watch you'll be using.
From the Watch Channel dropdown, select the channel.
From the Player Name dropdown, select the name of the player.
Specify the player size that will be used with this line item: extra small, small, medium, or large.
In the Domains field, specify whether you wish to include or exclude certain domains, and then select the domains from the dropdown list.
Select the type of device: mobile or desktop.
In the Geography field, specify whether you wish to include or exclude certain geographical areas, and then select the areas from the dropdown list.
In the Viewability field, specify whether to include both in-view and non-in-view (or just one of this options.
Video Details: In this section, you'll specify the details of the videos that will be used:
You can either specify a specific video from the dropdown list, and then select the From and To timestamps for the line item within the video.
Alternatively, choose whether to include or select a specific criteria, and then specify from one of the following: Category, People, Brands, Keywords, Labels, or Brand Safety.
Another option is to specify one of the criteria above, and then select from the filtered dropdown video list.
When you're done setting up the line item, click Save.
Your new campaign - with creatives and line items - is ready to be used.
