AnyClip Zoom Connector

image2.png

Now your employees’ recorded Zoom calls can be automatically imported to the AnyClip platform, where they can be instantly analyzed and securely distributed to the right audiences.

With AnyClip’s Zoom Connector, turn your collection of underused video recordings—onboarding, learning and development, sales call recordings, company events, webinars, and more—into an active resource hub for your employees. Your company’s Zoom meetings are then automatically analyzed, tagged (by keyword, category, host/participant names), and organized in one central location. Finally call recordings you can actually use!

How Does It Work?

  1. Select the ‘Sources’ dashboard under your account page,

  2. Add Zoom as a new source by using your Zoom user credential and install the Zoom connector.

  3. Start recording your Zoom calls—all completed Zoom recordings to the Zoom cloud will be automatically uploaded onto your AnyClip ‘Video Manager’, which is where you manage all your video content’. (Please see ‘Access Control’ section below for user privacy control).

  4. Get creative. Direct (or Publish) videos to relevant channels, activate interactive video overlays, share, collaborate with your teams, and more—all on the AnyClip platform.

Please contact your customer success manager to enable the AnyClip Zoom Connector.

Access control

As you begin to publish your videos onto the AnyClip platform—whether it is from your desktop, drive, or video conference vendor’s cloud such as Zoom—it is important to secure your videos and control who is able to view your content. For all access levels, users have the option to share with designated individuals inside your organization using the ‘Share With’ menu. Other access level options include:

  • Private: The individual who manually uploaded the video, or the host of a video conference meeting such as Zoom, whose video was automatically imported to the platform has sole access to the content.

  • Hub: A Hub on the AnyClip platform is a content entity under the account (such as various departments of a business or different content Hub s for a publisher). Hub -level access means all users that belong to the Hub have access to the content. For example:

    • When distributing videos on your website to your audience/customers: If you only manage one website, distribute your videos to that Hub . If you manage more than one Hub —for example, your core Hub and an events digital page—give viewing access to your company-owned videos to visitors of one of the Hub , or to both.

    • When distributing videos internally to your organization: If your organization has multiple Hub s (i.e., sub accounts) for different departments—for example, a sales team Hub and an HR onboarding Hub —then only users that belong to a specific department will be able to access content distributed to that specific Hub .

  • Syndication: If you want to publish or syndicate your content to websites other than your own, this option makes your content viewable to external websites.

Zoom Privacy

With AnyClip Zoom Connector activated, Zoom recordings are uploaded automatically and considered private by default on the AnyClip platform. The host of the meeting manages the access controls for this recording. If an employee does not have an AnyClip account but is a host of a recorded Zoom meeting, there is an option to auto-create an AnyClip account. This will enable the meeting host to log in to the AnyClip platform and manage private videos there, including modifying access levels of the meeting content.
