Video Highlights

Maybe you missed an important meeting, like your company “All-Hands.” But you’re busy; you don’t have time to watch the full hour, but you want a recap of the most important moments. Now, ‘Highlights’ creates an executive summary of the most significant and salient clips, so you can get caught up on meetings in minutes. AnyClip’s proprietary AI analyzes each video, identifies the most important clips and creates a consolidated highlights reel. The defined moments are indicated on the progress bar with the associated transcript. Simply click the ‘play highlights’ button on the player and automatically skim through the selected moments so you can instantly get caught up on those important meetings and events in minutes!

  • Activating Highlights for your videos. Video Highlights are not automatically activated for every video uploaded onto the AnyClip platform. In order to create Highlights for your videos, the platform Admin must activate ‘Highlights’ for the video source.

    - First, turn on Highlights for the desired Source. For example, you may want to activate Highlights for your company’s Zoom Source.

    - Make sure that you upload a video that you would like to highlight to a Source with Highlights enabled. In our example, if you configured your Zoom source to upload videos automatically, you will not have to do anything else to make it possible to create Highlights for Zoom recordings.

    - Click the ‘Highlights’ toggle button on the video player to reveal the Highlights created for your video.

  • Manual curation of Highlights. Not fully satisfied with what the AI has created for you? You can also manually edit your Highlights. Add additional frames or remove unwanted ones by simply adjusting the selections in yellow on the ‘Highlights’ tab alongside the video. *Please note, that currently, only the video’s owner will have access to this capability.

  • Highlight Video Length. Currently, videos must be a minimum of 30 mins and a maximum of 120 minutes in length to be eligible for Highlights.

Single Sign-On

One fewer password to remember! Account admins can now manage AnyClip user log-ins with Single Sign-On (SSO) through Google’s Identity Provider Service. Additional third-party authentication services such as Microsoft Azure and Okta will be added soon. With Google’s IPS, existing users can now log in with SSO using just their email, no additional passwords are necessary. Additionally, admins can also choose to allow new users in their organization to log in using the SSO authentication, which automatically creates a new AnyClip ‘Contributor’ account

  1. Select ‘Forms’ from the Interactions tab.

  2. On the left pane, under ‘Form Details’, find the new rich text editor to customize both your form's title and form description. Select your desired text color, text style—and more!

  3. On the right pane, find the controls to choose the background of your form, upload any image as a banner above your form, and customize your CTA button.

Auto-Translated Closed Captions

Regionalize your videos with auto-translations! Admins can now order translated closed captions in 100+ languages on any existing videos with one click, or even choose to automatically translate all new content coming in from a given source. Viewers can then choose any offered language by simply opening the gear icon on the AnyClip player and selecting the closed-caption language of their choice!

New Videos - You can choose to automatically translate all incoming videos from a specific source. To do so, admins should contact their AnyClip Customer Success representative, who can help set up the desired source with the specified language choice(s). All videos uploaded into that ‘Source’ will then generate auto-translated closed captions of those selected languages. Now viewers can simply select the gear icon and select their desired language.

Existing videos - You can also translate any existing content in your archive. Go to Videos > Video information > Assets > + Closed Caption. Here, you will be able to either select:

  1. Upload Caption - As always, if you already have VTT files translating your video, you can upload them here.

  2. Auto Translate To - If you want to order new translated closed captions, individually select the language(s) that you need. Note: Languages that already have a VTT file will NOT appear in this search unless you delete the existing VTT file. Please note that there are additional costs associated with translation; please contact your AnyClip customer success representative for specific details.
