You can manage your videos by assigning them to Watches or Playlists by clicking the Videos link on the main navigation bar. The left pane of the page displays the videos to which you have access as a user in the system as well as those which are owned by you and those that others shared with you.
On the right pane of the page you will have access to the Watch and or Playlist tabs which present the Watches and or Playlists you have access to as well as Watch / Playlist creation settings functionality.
Note
The type of organization you are part of and its requirements, as well as system setup, will determine whether you see the Watch tab, the Playlist tab, or both. Your account administrator determines which of these tabs is displayed.
