AnyClip allows you as an account admin to import and tag archived recordings from the Zoom cloud (as opposed to the trigger that imports recordings only once a recording is completed).
The import takes place in the Source table.
Go to the line of the Zoom account from which you wish to import archived recordings and click the import button.
This opens the Import archived recordings dialog.
In the date field, select the Starting From date from the date picker (the default value in this field is one year back). The latest date you can select is today's date.
If you wish to receive an email notification when the import is completed, toggle the switch for the notification option to enabled. Because the import process is asynchronous, you may want to choose this option while you continue working in AnyClip.
Click Import to begin the process. You'll receive a notification that the process has begun.
Click Got it to close the import dialog box.
