Video Performance Dashboard shows how videos perform across hubs, watches, and channels with metrics like views, attention span, engagement score, and user searches for up to the last 90 days.

Video Performance Dashboard

The Video Performance Dashboard provides a detailed overview of how videos perform across your content library. It helps you analyze viewer engagement, identify top-performing videos, and discover the topics users are searching for.

The dashboard displays data for up to the last 90 days.


Filters

At the top of the dashboard, you can refine the displayed data using several filters:

  • Hub – Select a specific hub.

  • Watch – Filter results by watch.

  • Channel – Select a specific channel within the chosen watch.

  • Include archived videos – Include archived videos in the analysis.

  • Origin – Filter videos by how users reached them:

    • Direct Navigation - the user navigated independently to the page where the video was displayed

    • Collaboration - someone shared the video with the user either via social media (Facebook, Whatsapp etc) or via the AnyClip Platform sharing functionality

    • Search - the user searched for the video in a Watch.

  • Period – Select the time range for the report.

Available periods:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 90 Days

  • Custom

The dashboard can display data only within the last 90 days.

All filters update every widget and chart on the dashboard.


Key Metrics

The dashboard highlights several core performance indicators:

Views
The number of times the AnyClip Player was loaded.

Attention Span
The average percent of minutes a video was viewed from the total video potential playback time.

Engagement Score
A score calculation (0-5) based on users' actions with a video.

Searches
The total number of searches performed by users during the selected time period.


Top Content Insights

Top Videos

Displays the videos with the highest performance based on key metrics.

For each video, the following data is shown:

  • Views

  • Attention Span

  • Engagement Score

Selecting a video updates the performance chart for that specific video.

Top Channels / Watches / Hubs

Additional tabs allow you to analyze performance by:

  • Channels

  • Watches

  • Hubs

These views help identify which areas of your content structure generate the most engagement.


Video Performance Trend

When a video is selected, the chart displays:

  • Daily views for the selected video

  • A comparison with the account average

This helps identify view spikes and understand how a video performs relative to overall platform activity.


Top Searches

The Top Searches panel displays the most common search queries performed by users.

For each query, the dashboard shows:

  • The number of searches

  • The percentage of total searches

This helps identify trending topics and understand what users are looking for.


Export Data

The dashboard allows you to export the displayed data for further analysis or sharing.

Two export options are available at the top of the page:

  • Export to CSV – Downloads the dashboard data in CSV format, which can be opened in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis.

  • Export to PDF – Generates a PDF version of the dashboard suitable for reporting or sharing.

The exported data reflects the currently selected filters and time period.
