Promotions Settings

Promotions is a group of video attributes used to mark a video as Sponsored and control how sponsored content appears in the AnyClip Player.

You can set Promotions attributes in two places:

  • During initial video upload

  • On the video card after the video has been uploaded and processed

Promotions Attributes

  • Primary Text – The visible text of the hyperlink (Landing Page URL) displayed in the AnyClip Player.

  • Button Label – The text displayed on the Ad button (e.g., “Shop now”, “Open full video”, “Subscribe”).

  • Secondary Text – Additional descriptive text shown for sponsored videos.

  • Time to Appear – The delay (in seconds) after video playback begins before the promotional button appears. Default: 0.

  • Advertiser – The company promoting the content; the AnyClip Player will display the Advertiser Logo when playing sponsored videos.

  • Advertiser Name – The name of the advertiser.

  • Advertiser Logo – A square JPG/PNG image displayed in a 32px × 32px area within the player.

  • Sponsored – Indicates whether the video is sponsored content. Default: False.

Note

Sponsored videos appear in AnyClip Studio with a “Sponsored” chip displayed in the top-right corner of the player.
