Audio File Support in Anyclip Player and Watch Experience

Upload and integrate audio files directly within the Player and Watch experiences.

Key Highlights:

  1. Supported Audio File Types: You can upload various audio formats, including MP3, WAV, AAC, WMA, FLAC, and OGG. These formats are supported across all upload methods—whether through local file upload, URL, CSV, API, or sources like YouTube and MRSS.

  2. Automatic Thumbnail Generation: If a thumbnail image is provided during the audio upload, it will be used as the visual for the audio track. If not, a default image will be applied, making sure your audio content is visually appealing within the player.

  3. Audio-to-Video Conversion: Uploaded audio files are converted to MP4 format using a still image as the visual backdrop, enabling seamless playback in the Anyclip Player.

  4. Enhanced Filtering Options in Studio: A new "Media Type" filter allows users to easily distinguish between video and audio content within Anyclip Studio.

Standalone Highlights Video Creation in Anyclip Studio

Users can now generate summary or teaser videos that capture key moments by combining highlighted segments identified through AI Workbench. This feature enables quick customization, allowing users to set titles, descriptions, and transition effects for a polished finish. Once generated, the highlights video is stored in Studio as a regular video with metadata linked to the original, providing a seamless and engaging way to showcase essential content.

Enhanced Vertical Player Support in Anyclip

We’ve made significant improvements to Anyclip’s Vertical player to enhance performance and usability for vertical content. Now, the player adapts seamlessly to small screens, ensuring an optimized viewing experience across devices. Additionally, the preview resolution for vertical content in Watch has been enhanced, automatically adjusting based on the video’s aspect ratio for sharper visuals.

To simplify content management, we’ve introduced automatic tagging for videos with a 9:16 aspect ratio, allowing users to easily locate and organize vertical videos for channels or players. These updates make working with vertical content more efficient and visually compelling in Anyclip.
